AI in the work, not as a slogan
Operations AI
HM AI Monitor uses models against live device and fleet data: status, sales, anomalies, and operator alerts. The point is fewer truck rolls and faster decisions for machines sitting across Vientiane.
Local models
Private stack on a Debian server with Tesla P40 GPUs — Qwen, Llama, and tooling for analysis, content, and internal assistants. AI stays next to the business data, not only in a chat window.
Product & content
AI-assisted video and education for EV safety, charging, warranties, and recycling. Same pipeline for brand assets and campaign visuals when a product needs to be explained in Lao and English.

Suno + human vocals + Logic Pro. I write, record, mix, and release as Tony Ai Black — luk thung / Isan / rock — so the artist name and the builder name are the same person.
